چکیده

T HIS conference was presented at Cook County Hospital, Chicago, Illinois, on February 20, 1955, as one of the regular weekly clinical-pathologic exercises of the Hospital. The conferences are modeled after the Cabot prototype, the case being presented by the clinicians as an unknown for discussion. In order to preserve the spirit and spontaneity of the original conference, editing has been limited largely to making the material more suitable for publication, selection of pertinent photomicrographs for reproduction, and documentation of pathologic interpretations by appropriate references.
